The Party Operating System

Your party
deserves betterthan a group chat.

Partyyy is the software behind the parties people talk about for the rest of the year. Guest lists that remember everyone across every party you've ever thrown. RSVPs that actually come back. Badges, karma and votes that turn a guest list into a community — and a live wall in the corner of the room that makes it all visible at 2am.

The thing nobody tells you

Throwing a good party is easy.
Running one is admin.

Forty people. Six who never reply. Four who reply "maybe" and mean no. Two vegans, one nut allergy, someone who needs a lift from the station, and a spreadsheet that died in 2023. Then next year you start again from nothing.

01

The list is the hard part

Names, numbers, who's with whom, who came last time, who said yes and vanished. Partyyy keeps one guest book across every party you've ever thrown, so party number nine starts from party number eight rather than from a blank page.

02

Chasing is worse

Invitations by email and WhatsApp, a chase list ranked by who's been quiet longest, one-tap nudges, and a record of exactly what each person was sent and when — so nobody gets asked twice and nobody gets missed.

03

And then it's over

Most party tools stop at the door. This one keeps going: badges awarded, karma banked, votes counted, photos filed, and a Party Journey each guest can scroll through before the next invitation lands.

Two rooms, one system

A control desk for you.
A party page for them.

Every guest gets a personal, password-free page for the party. You get the room behind it — every number live, every guest one click away.

What's in the box

Everything a party needs,
and quite a lot it doesn't.

Start with the guest list and invitations. Turn the rest on when you want it — every game, every channel and every theme is a switch per event.

Cross-event guest book

One record per human, reused for every party. Partners linked so couples list together. Admin tags, notes, avatars pulled from six sources, CSV import, and filters for every slice you actually chase.

RSVPs that come back

Personal magic links — no accounts, no passwords. Configurable form: drinks, dietary needs, nights staying, travel, plus five custom questions of your own and an anonymous confession box. And a date poll for the party that exists before its date does.

Email, WhatsApp & SMS

Per-event templates for all three. WhatsApp invitations go out on our Business number or yours, texts carry a meter that says what they'll cost, and a once-only post-RSVP welcome fires by itself.

Badges & karma

Award badges for the things people actually do. Karma accrues across every party you've thrown, scores a leaderboard, and unlocks a trophy cabinet each guest can show off.

Voting & polls

Award categories with cheer messages, and live polls for the decisions you'd rather crowd-source — what time dinner is, which stage gets the big rig.

Beds & tents

If people are staying over, list what you've got to sleep them in and place them night by night. Guests ask for a bed from their own dashboard; the arithmetic that goes wrong at 1am is done for you.

Food & seating

Lay out the sittings and the head count comes off the guest list itself — who's eating, what they can't eat, and whether there's enough of it. Then lay out the room and the seating plan proposes itself, keeping apart the two people who mustn't be sat together.

Activities & extras

The clay shooting, the boat trip, the sauna hour, the club night. Each holds a set number of places and a price a head; guests put their own names down, a full one starts a waiting list rather than turning anybody away, and the desk knows who has paid and who owes.

Open signups, or just a link

For the party people ask to join: a public page in your own theme, a review queue, and one button that turns a signup into a guest. Or one link you paste into the group chat, and whoever opens it is on the list. We're not a ticketing platform — sell wherever you already do, upload the list, run it here.

The TV wall, and the wall

A three-column live display for the corner of the room: vote results, karma standings, rotating portraits and guest answers. And a comment wall on the party page itself, where guests write to each other instead of to you.

Thirteen full themes

One tap turns the entire guest experience into a prohibition bar, a festival field, a Venetian masked ball or a black-tie spy thriller. You pick which worlds your party offers — and every one of them has its own name for the party AI, from The Barman to Q Branch.

AI where it earns it

A planner that sets the party up by asking you about it, then dresses it. A chat bubble in your console that just does what you tell it. The same bubble on every guest page, answering their questions and acting on the answers — RSVP, vote, book, ask for a bed. Plus in-character chats, portrait renders and drafted chase messages.

Built to be public

Your own address on any of seven domains, an open REST API, and a hundred and thirty-five MCP tools — so Claude on your phone, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Cursor can run your party directly, with nothing to install.

Event phases

The site knows what
day it is.

A party isn't one thing. The weeks before, the night itself and the week after are three different jobs — so the guest page becomes three different pages, on its own, without you touching a setting.

Phase 01 — Hype

Counting down

Big clock, ticket stub, who's coming so far, RSVP nudges, and info pages that unlock on a schedule you set. Anticipation is a feature.

Phase 02 — Party day

Tonight

The DJ line-up and running order surface as full-width blocks, and a one-tap voting panel appears. Party day runs past midnight until 6am, because 1am is exactly when someone checks the line-up.

Phase 03 — Afterglow

Days since

The countdown becomes a days-ago card, results open up, photos land in the album and the badges get handed out. Three zeros under "until doors open" helps nobody.

The long game

A guest list is a list.
A community is a habit.

The features that matter most are the ones that span parties. Karma earned at last summer's barn party is still on the board this Halloween. The badge someone won for feeding thirty people is on their profile forever.

  • Karma accrues for turning up, answering the questions and confessing — and drops for ghosting. You set every weight.
  • Badges are global or per-party, solo or collaborative, each worth karma and each with its own icon and colour.
  • The leaderboard ranks everyone you've ever invited, with a podium and a trophy cabinet per guest.
  • The Party Journey is a scrollable history of every party a guest has been to, what they earned and what's next.

The party planner

It sets the party up
by asking you about it.

Name a party and the planner takes over: what kind of party, where, when, how guests get in, who's staying over, whether there's food. One question at a time, most of them answered with a tap. Out the other side come the fonts, the colours, the ticket, every word on the dashboard, your invitation, your WhatsApp copy and the personality your party AI answers in — composed together, so they look like one party rather than eleven settings pages.

  • Every fact is written as you answer, and the panel beside the chat is the form — pre-filled, so a wrong reading is fixed by typing over it.
  • Nine hand-written starter looks — Halloween, wedding, birthday, cocktail, club night, festive, sci-fi, summer, work do — that need no AI at all.
  • It fills blanks and never overwrites. A look you picked, an email you wrote, a switch you set: yours.
  • Everything stays editable by hand afterwards. It's a starting point, not a cage.

Party AI

Somebody else can answer
"what time does it start".

A bubble in the corner of every guest page, answering in your party's own voice from your party's own data — when, where, who's coming, what to bring, what they're down to help with, and what they RSVP'd. No WhatsApp number, no assistant to set up, no plug-in.

  • It knows this party, not parties in general — the actual date, the actual venue, the actual guest list, and their own RSVP.
  • It doesn't know the private bits. Never login links, never phone numbers, never the anonymous confessions.
  • It never goes dark. If every model is down it still answers the basics from the event itself, rather than showing an apology.
  • It acts, too. "Put me down as coming." "Book me on the boat trip." "I land at Norwich at 17:20." Each one real, for the guest asking and nobody else.
  • You get one too — the same bubble in your console, except yours makes the changes. Tell it the date and the date is set.
  • Or meet them where they are — the same assistant answers on WhatsApp, on our number or yours, and on Telegram. Name it what you like.

Themes

Or hand the whole thing
over to the bit.

Thirteen complete alternate skins for the entire guest experience — not a colour swap, a different world. Every page a guest can visit gets rewritten in that voice, with its own soundtrack and its own name for the party AI — you ask The Barman in the speakeasy and Q Branch in the spy thriller. You choose which ones each party offers.

And nine more, whatever your party actually is:

All thirteen are included on every plan, every party, no unlock. If none of them is your party, we'll build you one for £15.

Who it's for

Twelve people or a
hundred and twenty.

Small

Dinners & birthdays

Turn on the guest list, the RSVP form and one email template. Ignore everything else. You'll still get dietary requirements collected properly and a page you can send instead of typing the address out fourteen times.

Medium

House parties & weekends

The sweet spot. Guests log the flights, hotels and lifts they're taking and find out who else lands within the hour; beds, bunks and tents allocated night by night; jobs claimed off a board; polls for the dinner time; the TV wall on Saturday night; badges and karma on Sunday.

Large

Tiny festivals

Multi-day schedules and stage line-ups that unlock on the day. A Backstage desk for the acts, the caterers and the crews, with every duty cued to the run sheet. Capacity tracking against a venue limit. Attendance check-off at the gate on a phone. Its own domain, its own theme, its own everything.
