What you pay for is capacity and contact: how many parties you're running, and the invitations and artwork that cost real money to send and generate. We can't take payment from customers in the EU yet. VAT on digital sales to EU consumers is due from the very first sale and we're not registered to collect it, so we'd rather say so here than at your checkout. The free plan works everywhere. Tell us if you'd like to know when that changes.
Top-ups
Sends, renders and texts are the three things with a real cost per unit, so they're sold separately — and bought credit never expires. Not when your plan renews, not if you cancel, not if a card fails the week of the wedding. You paid for them.
One credit per guest reached — invitations, reminders, updates, magic links. Sent from your own verified subdomain, so nobody else's list can affect whether your invitations land.

One credit per generated portrait. Upload a photo and every guest gets their own artwork, themed to your party. A render that fails is never charged.

One credit per message segment — 160 plain characters, or 70 once there's an emoji in it — wherever in the world it lands. The settings page counts the segments under each box before you send, so nothing is a surprise.

Everything else on this page is capacity — how many parties, how many invitations. These three are a thing made: a world designed for your party on the spot, a theme built by hand, or your own domain pointed at your parties. Buy any of them whenever you want one, as many times as you want.
Straight answers
One that hasn't happened yet, or finished in the last month. Once it's properly over it becomes history and stops counting against your plan.
Bought credits, never. Included sends roll over up to three months' worth; included renders reset each month, so buy a pack for a big one.
Yes, on every plan. The party planner, the assistant in your console, the party AI your guests can chat to and the MCP server your own assistant connects to are all part of the product, not a bolt-on — only image renders are metered, because those cost real money per picture.
Yes — all thirteen, on every plan including the free one, on every party you host. You only pay if you want a fourteenth: £10 to generate one yourself as a custom theme — free to design and revise, charged only when you switch it on — or £15 for one built by hand, because that is a couple of days of somebody's work rather than a switch.
No. We're not a ticketing platform — no card processing, no ticket issuing, no scanning, no cut of your takings. Sell wherever you already sell, then upload the attendee list and run the event here. It's a model that works really well; ask us at [email protected] if you want to talk it through.
The setup: DNS, the certificate and your sending records, so your parties live at a domain you own and your existing guest links keep working. You buy the domain from a registrar yourself — we don't resell them, and there's nothing to renew with us.
You drop to Free limits. Nothing is deleted — every party, guest and photo stays exactly where it is. Credit you already bought stays spendable.
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference for the days left; downgrades wait until your period ends.
It's the one thing with a real cost and a real reputation attached. Free hosts invite by link and WhatsApp, which works fine and costs nobody anything.
On every paid plan. A small allowance is included — twenty, sixty or a hundred and fifty a month — and packs never expire. One credit is one message segment wherever it lands, and the settings page tells you the count before you press send.
Not yet — EU VAT on digital sales is due from the first sale and we're not registered for it. The free plan works anywhere; paid plans will follow once we are.
Whichever you pick, at the price shown — no conversion surprises. It's fixed on your first payment, so choose the one your card is in.
